sounds like an average saturday anywhere in Memphis. Just bring your own bling. Thompson made a nice .45 full -auto. glocks conceal easy and there's always the trench coat Mossberg thing. TE just dress up in Cammo and carry two S&W 8-3/8th barrel .44 mags and a right to conceal license, straped to each leg. I'm sure no one will do anything to you other than salute. :hihi:
I love the ghetto Wal-Mart....if someone shoots me, so be it.....I won't have to study no more...WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
Well that is the most dis-respectful thing I have read in a long time. I am not proud that YOU are a fan of LSU, much less ........ nevermind. What a disappointing comment for you to have made. :dis: :dis: :usaflagwa >> In Memory of Lieutenant Vickie Wax << :usaflagwa
What a bunch of sissies and white-bread suburbanites! That Wal-Mart is surrounded by upper-middle class white neighborhoods. Ghetto-mart my ass. It's about to become upscale retail stores when Wallyworld moves. Your best opportunity for getting hurt there is being run over by soccer moms in the parking lot. It's half full with LSU students at any time. That shooting could have happened anywhere. I live about 2 blocks from there and I've walked over at 2:00 am before. Unarmed and unafraid--a little drunk, maybe. The Shell station out in front of Wal-Mart is an equally good place to meet just about anybody. I met Michael Clayton there last year filling up his spiffy white pickup. And Dale Brown once a few years ago, when it was still a Texaco. And Buddy Roemer absolutely hangs out at the coffee shop in Books-a-Million. I speak to him all of the time.
Yeah, Gov. Roemer is ALWAYS there. When I was in school he would be there or at the CC's on Highland with his laptop looking at stock charts. What a nice guy...
The thing about the Ghetto Walmart ( breaks into song) In the ghetto..in the ghetto. Okay sorry as I was saying, The BEST thing about the ghetto walmart is the fact that you can use stuff for like 3 weeks and when your short on beer money you can bring it back, and get your money back. As far as the dumbass that said its not the ghetto because of the neighborhood that surrounds it. The Independence Park Neighborhoods are nice also but that didn't stop the Bon Marche (sp) Mall from being the Ghetto Mall, now did it.
I've seen Buddy Roemer everywhere here in town...having lunch on a Friday afternoon on the patio at DiGiulio's, having coffee at Barnes & Noble, breakfast at the McDonald's on Government. That having been said, I saw Vernel Singleton gassing up his SUV yesterday at the Exxon at the corner of Essen and Perkins. He seemed happy that someone recognized him.
Does he still wear his Band-Aid? Since I was about 7 or 8 years old when he played, I wouldn't recognize him without the Band-Aid.
