    Competent College Football Officials:

Must be able to read at 4th grade level. Must be able to count to 4. Must not have to wear glasses or contacts. Must not be over the age of 50.

Seriously i thought SEC officials were bad, well i think they know what they are doing, and doing it on purpose, but Pac 10 officials are just f'n stupid. 2 horrible pass interference calls, a bunch of non holding calls on Penn St.'s offensive line, a missed face mask call on us, reviewing plays that really aren't reviewable, changing the down after plays have already been run, not being able to count downs. What the hell?

What is it going to take to get top notch officiating in college football? Its not like the NCAA doesn't make tons of money on the universities and players that don't get paid (unless they go to USC).
