Was it Saban or Miles that landed Perrilloux?

No, he is Miles guy all the way. While Nick was still here Ryan was committed to Texas. When Miles came Ryan de-committed and committed to LSU.

Either way, Miles has a nice feather in his cap now in recruiting Perrilloux. And a nice recruiting tool in the future for developing Jamarcus. Although Saban recruited JaMarcus, Miles was the one who played him and developed him. It could be said now that the Miles' offensive system produces top NFL draft picks.. Sure you can say Jimbo did it. Or just JaMarcus as a pure talent did it himself. So What! Miles can use this for recruiting for the rest of his career now. And as long as Miles is an LSU Tiger, this is a good thing.

    The top "Dual-threat" QB. :thumb:

Nope, he wasn't coming had Saban stayed. It was the first thing Miles did after his hiring was announced, made a home visit. It was a dead end before Miles did that.

I didn't question that part of your post- you said Saban started the ball rolling- Saban did not start the ball rolling.

Since you brought up about had he stayed, RP "Probably" would have ended up at Texas there was no doubt RP was NOT coming if Saban stayed........period.

One question about him Perrilloux? Is he worth the trouble? He will have a mouth, he thinks he is the how do I word this , if he were a guitar picker I would know , he thinks he is the greatest to play the game . He is just another kid , off the street, who has be able to do what he wants and get away with it , a lot like pacman Jones. This team may not need him , LSU has had "THE SUPER STAR " did good with him , we won some games with him . But , we did not win the SEC with him , where is this team picked ?

Sure. He's no trouble at all.

Tennessee's problems with thugs is not our problem.
