Is the word 'indisputable' in the NCAA rules? I don't know the answer to that, but we might be assuming an NFL standard for NCAA play.

Just checked and "indisputable video evidence" is indeed the standard.

You cannot disprove from that video that the left arm wasn't under the ball and that the receiver had it secured the entire time.

If the officials called it incomplete to start with, I would have certainly agreed it could not be overturned.

Robidoux87 You call that a double?

I watched that replay of the 4th down QB sneak a dozen times and I thought he came up short. Was there an angle that made you feel like he made it 100%? Too bad the snap was fumbled. I really wanted Ohio to go down.

The rb should have run into his qb to get the extra half yard.

    LaSalleAve when in doubt, mumble

The angle from behind the QB was the money shot. And then when you piece the angles together it looked like he had it by about a yard.

    "it looks like"

you answered the question right there

you can't overturn it in that case

you'd be fired if you did because you wouldn't be doing your job correctly

No, I see the ball hit the ground.

At 1:11, you clearly see the ball hit the ground and bounce up. Even if his hand is partially under it, it hits the ground. Incomplete pass. Sorry man.
