BCS makes BCS conferences include mandatory 12 team limit to conference and conference championship. How? Pac 10: USC Cal UCLA Stanford Oreg Oreg St. Arizona Arizona St. Wash Wash St. add BYU add Utah Big 10: Iowa Mich Mich St. Penn St. Indiana Illinois Purdue Wisky Ohio St. Minnesota Northwestern add Notre Dame or add Miami of Ohio or add Pittsburgh If conferences refuse to up limit to 12 or play conference championship, they lose automatic bid and have to rely on at large by rank. This I believe would help the situation with the BCS. Also I believe in a situation where there are more than two teams with equal amounts of loses or lack there of at an extra bowl and hype it. If there is only one team undefeated at the end of the year, issue title before bowl and let things play out.
If they go ahead with it, it evens the field. At least we are all traveling to Hades in the same handbasket. I won't be happy unless we get some form of a playoff.
I'd be happy with just an even way for all teams to wins their "superior" bcs conferences... the acc, big 10, and Pac 10 are just based on record but at least the ACC wised up.
