Very cool information, I wonder if the other all-star teams follows a similar pattern? Seems like you would want as many recruits as possible, never know which one will be an impact player and which will fizzle. Thanks for the response Tiga!
Correct, it's about recognizing talent first, then developing it second. Our coaches have done well in that department. :thumb:
