I prefer a playoff system, whats the point in playing half of the non conference games anyway, cupcakes. I like some of your posts about a playoff system but whats the point in playing 4 non conference games a year in the regular season? I think we should play 2 non conference teams a year instead and one of them a quality opponent, that would help cut down the season for a playoff system. Anyway, this post was meant to say the only flaw with the bcs is the human element I don't understand how USC got voted #1 anyway. Humans are prejudice and other than that how the hell do they put USC at #1 when they played 1 top 25 team all year? LSU beat 2 top 10 teams and a top 25 team. SEC tougher conference than pac 10??? Not according to them. We wouldn't have this problem today if it wasn't for the human element. They voted USC because they blow out everyone they play and it looks good or thier from the left coast or prejudice. Heres to the SEC blowing people out........ Nick please don't call off the tigahs in this one............ SEC teams need to blow non conference teams out to get our respect back.
I still think it's very funny how often I hear the term 'West Coast Bias.' For every year leading up to this one it has been 'East Coast Bias.' What's next, USC fans crying 'Gulf Coast Bias?'
