I recently read an article that accompanied some preseason rankings and it had the logo next the teams in the rankings. As I looked down the list I came to the conclusion that LSU's current logo was the ugliest on that list, BY FAR. It is a shame. Every other school had a real nice looking, simple, classic, and classy look to it. Then there is us, toonces, with some abstract swirl, and LSU written in the ugliest font possible (it looked like it was designed in the 80's). I absolutely hate it and the fact that it's what's plastered on 90% of the apparel out there. I know most everyone dislikes it but does anyone know if the powers that be are considering either going back to the older design or making a new one? I'm in favor of either.

I would love to see a lot of things in the world changed, but posting something for a 1,000th time on a message board isn't going to do anything, except make you all mad
As a member of the media, I would expect that you would be able to appreciate the powers and abilities people have to create change through their words and open discussion. If everyone feels this strongly about it, then ignoring the problem or hoping that it changes on its own would be sad.:dis:
