Other than a larger pay out for Cap One, and maybe taking the kiddos to Disney... :D

The Cotton Bowl is played on Friday January 7th (Friday) at 7pm, and I believe will be the only game on. :thumb:

My concern for the Cotton is that we play Nebraska, and another read option QB... Of course, having a month to prepare might do the trick for us.

Hopefully Nebraska will beat OU. I cannot stand OU, they seem to back their way into everything. They backed their way into the 03 national championship game, they backed their way into the 08 national championship game, and they backed their way into the big 12 championship game.

Bob Stoops and OU fans should be on their hands and knees tossing the BCS's salad and giving it a reach around.

If we make Cotton. IT will probably be those rubes from A&M

There is still a chance we play A&M, Sooners, or Okie St (great story line for this one or Nebraska)

I would rather the Cotton over the Cap 1. A matchup with Michigan State sounds interesting, as well as Nebraska or Oklahoma State.
I would rather not play Texas AnM or Oklahoma, just don't care for those teams.
The cotton is in a prime time and the stadium, turf, weather will be better than the CAP 1 I am sure.
We were at the Cap 1 last year, I like change.
    I am going for Cotton.

Isn't the cotton bowl now played in cowboys stadium? If so, having the players familiar with the field should provide a slight advantage come the oregon game next season.

Yep, I was just coming in here to post that. Playing two games in a row on the same surface should be an advantage.

Payout doesn't matter, it all goes into a pool and is split evenly among SEC schools.
