Agree, but I read where he underwent surgery for it. If that is the case, I'm not sure he's back. No matter how minor the surgery is, 3 weeks is a quick turnaround. Maybe for an athlete at his level w/the biggest game of the year pending, but I sort of doubt it. I read where if Tua is out, we'd be favored, even at their place.

Okay, there is a more recent article out this morning about this. From what it says, there is a possibility he's back with the most optimistic prediction being 90% back. I sort of doubt that personally for this injury and post-surgery. If he's back, I'd bet it'll be more like 75%, which is better than not at all for them. GLogan underwent this procedure and it took 4-6 weeks for him to really be back, but he's a big man w/more WT on that area.

He'll play, but I cannot imagine at 100%. It showed with his other foot in how hard it is with planting, pocket management and throw accuracy. They will have to game plan around that with max protect and quick screens to keep him untouched. He will spend more time on reads than usuall, so timing will be a little off.

Regardless, he is a great QB and I hope we get his very best with a healthy return. I actually like the kid, gump or not. I predicted he would take the job away from Hurts when I saw him in mop up work. I just didn't think it would be that soon. Kid is a baller and I wish him the best.
