    It's not what's in his mouth, it's what's coming out of his mouth.

    Xenforo allows staff to look and see if members have shared IP's...the guy posts like two or three other members who have about as many posts as he does. It's either the same guy, or all three come from the same origin (site.)

    Or NAT'd IP from an intranet. I was making a joke anyway. First time I read his user name it made me laugh.

    I has to be one guy. A question @Terry since you seem to know these sorts of things. When accessing the internet on your phone not on wifi but through your carrier's data plan is the ip static or dynamic and does it change from tower to tower?

    Dhcp dynamic but you can set up a static. IP. Mac addresses are permanent.

    @Bengal B You can be sitting in one location and your IP can change due to the data load. I glanced at mine a second ago and have four IP's from the same location yesterday. Looking at my history I noticed a different IP for everytime I've logged on from a friends house so it certainly isn't unique to a specific tower.

    I've never thought about this before...heck of a question.

    Mac supports DHCP, as well.
