Regardless of what may or may not happen with LSU Basketball, these two players will be suiting up to play for the Purple & Gold. I wanted to wish them the best of luck at LSU. :geaux:

Between the two of them, they had two offers, each from LSU. Says a lot.

Terry Martin Jr commits to Texas Tech bad news for Brady

one of Louisiana’s best basketball players, Terry Martin Jr. officially committed to the Red Raiders. His father, Terry Martin Sr., who is also his coach.

Martin Jr. had been receiving attention from some of the best programs in the nation. Kansas, Oklahoma, LSU, Boston College, Miami, Alabama, Alabama-Birmingham, Baylor, Texas, Connecticut, Florida, Florida State, and Louisville who had offered him a scholarship.

With Martin Zeno already committed to arrive in the fall of 2004, and Jay Jackson having wrapped up a solid freshman year at Tech, it’s safe to say that Knight has formed a solid pipeline of talent from the state of Louisiana.

    Thanks bret

Thanks for deleting my opinionated post on this year's pitiful basketball recruiting class. Out of the thousands and thousands of obnixious posts written here. Mine gets deleted. LOL. No hard feelings though. :lsug:

Somebody has got to defend Brady around here. Welcome to the two new Tigers. Forgive the Brady bashers. They know not what they do.

It's because there is no way anyone can defend Brady and his self imposed probation of LSU basketball. A disaster cannot be defended.

Maybe everyone should write this type of post.
These guys will need the best of luck playing next year along with the team
    remaining from last year.

I just wonder if Brady is just banking on Big Baby to turn the program around single handedly and that's why he didn't go after anyone else. But I am sure it has a lot to do with the fact that there were no other players that wanted to come to LSU. That in itself is truely sad.
