Here's a few photos to brighten your day... http://www.foxsports.com/content/view?contentId=2013248 :champs: :champs:
The best part of that picture show was the comments next to Jason White's photo. White lie If you said Jason White was college football's top player after the Sugar Bowl, you might have been fibbing a bit. ( / Associated Press) I used to live in OK, and hated every minute of it. Biggest group of fair weather fans I have ever seen.
I can't wait til football season, I love baseball also but very seldom if ever do I see an LSU baseball game on tv until the Regionals and the CWS. Its a shame that there isn't any more coverage of college baseball than there is. Heck, they show more college hockey games on tv than they do baseball.
I saw the pic with Stoops complaining to the refs....I don't remember him ever complaining in the game? Oh yeah....thats right....he WAS complaining every 30 seconds....my bad
How about when he was compaining on tv at the half because his #1 defense wasn't playing the way they should and they were getting beat by a lesser team in his mind.
well that did the trick plus LSU's hohum win over SLU just now. ok since the NC game was brought up, anyone notice how good derek strait was that entire game? he made like 4 or 5 big plays on the first 9 i think. Caught vincent, stopped Clayton on the left from scoring after a catch from the 15. I think he was in on the rush up the middle. Recovered Mauck's fumble. Surprised he didn't block the punt later. Dude came to play the rest of that defense looked horrible. If not for strait we win by 4 tds.
lol i knew what u meant when you posted that then reread it and thought, 'another steve spurrier'. How did i interpret that as something bad. lol we would all like another steve spurrier as a HC, attitude and all, minus Nick Saban of course.
I posted something similiar about Strait a couple of days later. If I were an NFL team, he would be my first pick at DB. The kid is a winner. He saved the day for OU, otherwise LSU puts up about a 35 spot.
