As I wrote previously, I'm not sure we have the veteran leaders that can light a fire under everybody's ass in the locker room.
Needed the time out to start planning the second half prevent D and nutless offensive strategy. A less experienced coach would have let the clock run and then would have been forced to implement all of this during halftime
The strange thing about that 2011 game. LSU's 2 TD's in the first half. One was a 59 yard TD by Jefferson to Reuben Randle, the other was a 1 yard run by Kenny Hilliard from the fullback position. Sound familiar?
These announcers are paid, what, $50 for doing this game plus free gumbo? Earlier, the color guy commenting on the fumble by WKU said "the ball can actually move a little bit, that doesn't necessarily mean it's a fumble". Seriously, he said that.
Games like this are when someone will take it and run with it. Somebody will get up and start a fire under these guys in the locker room, Vet or whatever , I believe somebody will chew some boys asses in the locker room. Just piss em off , looked as if Train was trying a little on a couple of series
