Had tickets, but a sick child made me sell them. Damn you. Just picked up ribs and oysters (and a bunch of feminine stuff I dont care about). Will grill 1/2 oysters and eat the rest raw.

Careful. I use the roux in a jar when I make gumbo. My wife made a batch of green chili but it's too damn hot for me to eat.
