What benching? The first one came saturday after JV fumbled, the word on Green is that he was dinged up so didn't get many reps at WR not because he fumbled. What players other than JV saturday have been benched for fumbles?

Shyrone was benched (at vandy I think). X carter did not have a play since his fumble at vandy. when Joe A. does fumble he gets Yanked but has to come back in cause of the drop off at running back. or cause JV fumbles (we miss Alley Broussard)

    Players want to PLAY

Ball control is all mental... You can't really teach someone, you must just pound it into their head!

    The coaches are doing that...

The more they do it, and the more this continues, the more the guilty parties must sit.

You can make them run, you can make them do whatever, but if you make them SIT, it will be pounded into their head...

Some fumbles can't be prevented (Ex.: Tackling the ball with a helmet, or Russell being blindsided), but they still need to be conscious of it, so when they get in that big pile, they know to hold on to that pigskin tight

Shyrone played against UF but gets little playing time because he is 3rd on the depth chart same with XC, he got little playing time before his fumble and will get even less once Davis gets healthy but both played against UF.

so justin vincent was tired on his first play so he fumbled? its not conditioning. if you're watching the games its obvious most are mental lapses combined with some good plays by the opposition as well.

the only tentative runner we have is jv. you let addai run til his legs fall off even if he averages a fumble a game.
