It's what caused the fall of the Roman Empire and the French aristocracy. It leads to unrest and revolution. American has been successful with a small rich elite, a small underclass and a huge, upwardly mobile middle class. The ultra rich are amassing fortunes that could be allowing the middle class more mobility.
Quit being such an ankle, the money that they make doesn't freaking belong to anyone else. Its not like there is some finite amount of money to be had and those dastardly billionaires have it all. I have no idea what you're trying to say. It's not about individuals giving or taking, OK? Thats a straw man. We're talking about societies that develop such a wealthy elite whose money buys them power and influence of all the rest of us.
