It's not everybody that can be hip for over three decades, Scooter.

I have 95% of the ones since '78 in a scrapbook.
Yeah, I could still tell you a story about all of them. I was blessed with a great hard drive.

They were supporting the Argus LP, still one of my favorite albums from that era.

    Nice dinosaur reference.

    T. Rex WAS one of my favorite bands in the 70's.

Glam rock was cool: Bolan, Bowie, The New York Dolls...

I'd be doing pretty good if I ended up like you two. :D

Ya burnt out hippies with your rock n' roll and drugs... :hihi:

There were burn-outs for sure, but we ain't them!

And it was SEX, drugs, and rock-'n'-roll. I can't tell you how great it was in the 70's when all the women were on the pill, AIDS didn't exist, and there were lots of hippie chicks that believed in free love. It was the golden era of Hard Rock. Weed cost $10 an ounce and we thought it was expensive.

Oh yeah, major concert tickets in the 70's ranged from $3.50 to $8.00!

    Time to update the list...

Saw Killswitch Engage, Chimaera, and DragonForce a few months ago. Incredible show. DragonForce was awe-inspiring.

AND went to the Tool concert last night. Absolutely unbelievable show. Their precision live is a thing to behold. And much to the chagrin of partial fans, they didn't play Sober.

I just saw Clint Black here in Fort Worth this week. Guy still has it. Too bad the glitzy fag new country pushed him out. I saw him in N.O. at the Sanger around 1995 too.

Otherwise I've been to tons of shows.

Ezra - probably 10+ times over the years
Goo Goo Dolls - 3 times
    Bon Jovi - 3 times
    George Strait - 3 times

I want to see the Foo Fighters pretty badly
