He was a pretty dominant setup man for the Braves a couple years ago, and now he doesn't even appear on any baseball website databases. Did he blow out his elbow or something? His slider was so sick... If anyone knows anything about it please post it...
That's odd. He is still young, and he did very well at the big league level for Atlanta in 2003, then was inexplicably sent to AAA starting in 2004. There must have been an injury somewhere. Anyone else heard anything?
Trey Hodges did great for the braves for about 1 and a half seasons and then it just seemed like there was something off about him when he came back in 2004. In early 2004 he got shelled in spring training and in the beginning of the year and then was sent down to AAA. At AAA he continued to get hammered, if i remember correctly he had a ERA around 6. Ever since then he is no where to be found.
