Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Cal is for real... we didnt even come close to this kind of domination.

CAL??? As in the Golden Bears from Berkely Land? Yea, they're for real....in the PAC 10 that is. Put them against the top of the Big 12, top of the ACC, or just about anyone in the SEC (minus 2 or 3 teams), and they'd be dealt with considerably.

Sure, Cal may be a top 10 - 12 team, but not a top 5 team. Boise State would take them.

Not a chance. Cal 55, BSU 24 on a neutral field and Cal 28 21 on the blue turf.

I dont see how a college football fan could support a playoff system. The most important thing in CFB is the tradition and a playoff walks away from it. The BCS works fine. The schools and conferences need to recognize that the AP, Coaches, and Computer polls are component parts and that together they crown a champion.

Call 55??? Come on.....Cal has only scored 55 or more points once this season and that was against Air Force.

Cal will handle Oregon and Washington, but Stanford will more than likely show up for the "Big Game", and Southern Miss will probably give them a little "southern competition".

Cal and Stanford is just like Auburn and Bama...you throw out the record books and rankings. There's your neutral field. Call 55 against Boise State? No way.

I realize Boise State doesn't play much of a power house type of schedule, but putting up high scores on offense like this is pretty impressive no matter how you look at it.

    Idaho W 65-7
    Oregon State W 53-34
    at (25) UTEP W 47-31
    Brigham Young W 28-27
    Southern Methodist W 38-20
    at Tulsa W 45-42
    Fresno State W 33-16
    Hawaii W 69-3

Yea, too bad most of the AP votes come from west of the Nevada/California state line.

so Boise's homefield is worth 24 points? Cal is good offensively for sure due to Tedford but to think they can compete against a top 2 defense is a pure guess at best.
