Had that done in '08, pretty routine, went in with a scope and cleaned it up. Didn't hurt too bad, was in a sling for a while. Best advice I can give you is take your PT seriously. It sucks, it hurts, its a pain in the ass but do it and do it right. Your range of motion will depend on it.
