    Red, I've actually seen one of those before. I have no idea what it is called but I know it has something to do with model crafting (holding parts).

    Damn that was quick. It is a custom parts holder used by ship modelers and other craftsmen of small objects. The pins can be moved into any of the holes to hold small parts for painting, sanding, glueing, etc. Geez, I thought I had found an obscure catalog . . .
