Life is a puzzle made up of lots small things that fit together and make the whole picture. Even a winning lottery ticket is just a piece that has to fit with everything else or the picture never looks complete. I prefer people who look for good in the small pieces of life to those who tolerate the mundane waiting for the lottery.

i think it is perpetually interesting that we all get together and mock these religious nutjobs and their predictions, but nobody has much to say when sooner says she is spellcasting at a little league game. nobody wants to know if she charms her kid or perhaps hexes the opposing pitcher, or how much batting average increase you can get from magic, or if the kid feels bad because it wasnt his skill, but actually his mother's witchcraft that is getting him hits.

if the opposing pitcher has a mother that is also a conjurer or perhaps a warlock father, would that override the magic cast on the batter?

dude really? What the phuck is wrong with you?

You may be 100% right or you might be 100% wrong but you are without a doubt 100% in the minority on this and should really just chill. You sound more and more like an idiot with every post on this subject and the sad thing is we all know you are not one. It's really getting old. You have me defending my old lady for crying out loud, it has to be grating on everyone's nerves as well.

fair point, perhaps i should keep this sort of impossibly accurate and well-deserved mockery in FSA.

Considering his next post below yours, I would say in response to your question that at a minimum he has an undeservedly high opinion of his postings on this subject. On other subjects on the board Martin’s postings are generally thought provoking. But in these types of discussions he sounds shrill and ranting. And frankly boring, which he usually isn’t on other topics. IMO

You're wasting your tiiiiiimmmmme. Martin is that most dangerous of fools; he does not know what he does not know, yet utterly convinced he knows more than you. His constant comparison of God to magic and/or witchcraft is proof.

I'm done with him on this subject. So should we all.

I just think he is full of poo poo cacka and vinegar when it comes to all things religious. The irony is that his repetitive rants sound much like the misguided uber religious crazies that stand outside strip clubs telling me I’m going to hell because I’m about to exchange a dollar to motorboat a strange woman’s mammary glands.

It really is perplexing, in the flag burning flag he took a strong stance that it is the man’s right so he should be able to do whatever he wants and left alone…yet it is ones right to practice (or not to practice) whatever religious belief they choose in this country, and he seems to find it necessary to ridicule peeps for exercising their right to believe.

I too find a lot of his post interesting, I often agree with him, but his anti-religion post are just getting old.

Good...so can we go back to talking about what will the best weapons for the upcoming zombie apocalypse in October, and how the said apocalypse may or may not effect LSU's possible National Title run?

Yet another thread railroaded and then shot to hell. I'm shocked. Shocked, I tell you.
