hmm...I wonder if you keep your 5K speed once you are a zombie? It will be hard to run from you if so. No matter...since you won't be able to swim I can get you before you get me.

But this is in representative of how he devised his calculation. There is a testable methodology for coming up with when the flood occurred which is the basis for his prediction. While acceptance of a literal flood is a faith based belief held by only a small minority of Christians this guy calculated the "historical" occurrence using empirical testable math. He added the lengths of the generations as described in the Bible. He did that incorrectly. So sidestepping all the faith based assumptions this dude had to make, I can say with certainty that he cannot know the rapture will occur tomorrow because his math doesn't work.

See how I did that. I can prove his prediction wrong using the errors of his method. In his addition to his bad math I can also point out that he doesn't understand the historical and literary traditions of the ancient Hebrews. I say this because the word translated as year in the English translation is more equivalent to a lunar cycle than a calendar year.

This is silly. An error is an error regardless of the person’s willingness to believe it is not. Having faith will never make 2+2 = 5 a true or possible statement. Your continued repeating of this stuff shows you have no understanding of what the word faith means.

    No it does not.

This is not true. Some things people have faith in can be tested and rejected with actual evidence. The belief in Sola Scriptura can be rejected because of the logical fallacy I mentioned in my other post. Biblical literalism can be rejected because it is contradicted by scientific knowledge. Catholic Taoism (the religion that teaches Jesus invented the samurai sword) can be rejected by history. When a dude says he knows when the world will end and his formula is incorrect it can be rejected with math.

A person having faith in something does not inherently make that thing plausible or possible.

Martin..I’ll pray for you, hopefully you won’t become a flesh eating zombie after the rapture tomorrow….but if you do, please forgive me for double tapping your arse when the time comes.

All you guys are nuts. Guns make a lot of noise which will only attract more zombies. Get a heavy blunt object for defense. Remember destroy the brain. Avoid cramped spaces. Have multiple escape routes whereever you hole up. These things are walking corpses. If you get one after you walk in the other direction at a brisk pace for about ten seconds.

If I were to put one in an arm bar, his arm would probably tear off, wouldn't it?

Dude Im sure it could be good, but what if say 4 zombies are bearing down on you and that thing gets stuck in a skull. My weapons of choice would be a hammer for in close and a bow staff to keep em away. Remember you don't need to put the things down. You can't win a war of attrition. You need to be able to keep the things away away from you while you make an escape.
