What is the one thing that you just cannot stop eating. I love food, and there is tons of great food, especially here in south La. If you had to pick just one thing that, once you have a bite, you just eat it till it's gone, what is it? For me, it's peanut brittle. I made the mistake of making some for the kids to take to school for Christmas parties. I had to make an extra batch because I can't eat just one bite. I finally tore myself away last night, only to finish the batch as soon as I got home today. That sh!t is my crack!

i dont think i have just one thing. i love food too much. but after reading red's post i do know that cajun hot nuts are right up there. and i love just about anything dipped in either ranch dressing or hummus.

btw, kyle, if you dont already make it, you need to make pecan brittle. good stuff.

I'm like Okie, too many things to choose from.

I can pop Sour Patch Kids like nobody's business, though.

How about the warm cupcake that a student just delivered to my room, straight from the home ec kitchen? Homemade icing and all....

Our home ec did a duck gumbo Wednesday. Tuesday the welding classes did some deer ka bobs on the pit. First time I'd tasted that- pretty good. Only in South La. :hihi:
