    Good Luck Nick

Good Luck Nick. I'm glad Skip is the AD and not Moreau.

Perhaps I'm being too optimistic, but I believe that if he stays now, there's a good chance he'll stay for at least 4-5 more years. Two reasons:

    1) This sounds like it will be the perfect offer. If he does turn it down, he'll do so knowing he likely won't have another offer this good.

    2) His daughter will be starting high school (or started this year?), so I think there would be even more family pressure to stay in BR until she graduates.
BTW, I voted that I support him & hope he stays.

All I want is for this to not be a yearly thing. I don't mind him doing this right now nor do I think it is hurting us.

If he leaves, so be it and we find someone who stops this circus.
If he doesn't, no harm and no foul but we have to make it clear that this can't happen every off-season.
