Is it just me where your threads look completely messed up and start the next line in the middle of the sentence? your posts go: Jack be nimble, jack be quick. Jack ran up the hill with a stick That is just akward to read and it doesn't do it for anybody else so I thought perhaps you were having seizures or something and kept hitting the 'enter' key while you were typing.
Maybe its the space key instead you are referring too. I don't type as well as I use too, sorry. Come to think of it maybe its my keyboard...

I agree 100%. Based on some of these posts, you would think it was 1992 and moral victories were great. With all due respect, we won a national championship in 03 and we should hold our program a little higher than as long as we look good mentality. I say nothing less than two losses considering we have pretty much all our tough games at home in combination with all the starters coming back. :champs: :champs:
Frank Solich... It appears through my eyes that many of you LSU fans are beginning to sound like Husker fan did back in the day. Realistically you just won't accept the change the comes along with implementing a new system. Let alone the change Les Miles and his staff are going to have to get used to between the Big XII game and the SEC style of game. Many of you are already denouncing anything less than a 9-2 season! I think the problem is fans tend to take winning for granted. They did it in Lincoln (r.i.p. football program) and it sounds like many of you are going to do it in Baton Rouge. You've had a period of success and that's what you expect from your football team. There is nothing wrong with that. The problem lies when you expect it to continue through circumstances such as a new coach. What if Miles does go 8-3 or (god forbid) 7-4? What if there's a hot coaching prospect that opens up next off-season? Maybe the big name you're looking for instead of Miles. How many people going to be pressuring Mr. A.D. to satisfy the alumn and the fanbase. That's exactly what Pederson had to face in Nebraska. Look at them... Just an outside fans opinon...
Things change when you win a NC. I think Miles need to have a breakthrough first season to get the full support of LSU fans. No matter how good of a coach you really are, if you don't leave a good first impression, you won't be liked. Ask Ron Zook about that one. I will be happy if we get to a BCS bowl. We have the talent, we need the guidance.
"If you don't expect too much from me You might not be let down" Gin Blossoms, "Hey Jealousy" Given my expectations for this guy, I'll be satisfied w/ 7 wins. Anything over and above that is lagniappe and I'll be ecstatic. :lsug:  :lsug:  :lsug:
This is very good analysis of our schedule. More than 1 loss is a disappointment. Team still have a decent chance at going undefeated with the talent and schedule combo.
We're also going to have to watch it when it comes to voicing our opinions on a man that is not even being given a fair chance by quite a good bit of LSU faithful. Start demanding his head after the first 8-3 or 7-4 season, and we'll find ourselves lucky to have "Joe Shmo" from "Northwestern State Central", agree to be our coach. Give someone an lofty goal (in our case, "satisfy the Legion of Doom" by giving us a 9-win season in your first year), and word will spread quickly that LSU fans are arrogant, idiots and will advise everyone not go bother coming here. People want to b*tch and moan and won't be satisfied until they've totally ruined our reputation as "the greatest fans" in the country. :dis:
