    1. USC of course, no explanation necessary.
    2. Texas A & M. We left that series having lost to them too much at the end of the series, and the Aggies all still remember it.
    3. Texas
    4. Michigan would be awesome, and I believe we've never, ever played them.
    5. Ohio State.

I love LSU football just as much as the next wacko, but that's just a false statement. Texas has the nod on LSU for more history.

Top 5 in order of intensity of interest among LSU fans (IMO), on a 0 to 100 scale (100 being max interest):

    1. USC (100%) No explanation required

    2. Texas A&M (90%)-I can count the Tiger fans who like the Ags on one hand, and it's a great, natural regional rivalry that should be rekindled (Reliant Stadium, anyone?)...and what self-respecting Tiger (or Bama) fan wouldn't want to see LSU mop the floor with "Coach Fran", eh?

3 Texas (80%)-T-sips are an arrogant lot...would love to bring Mack back to Baton Rouge to get what's coming to him.

    4. Michigan or Ohio St (75%)--I've heard that OSU fans are pretty intense, and Michigan has a USC-esque superiority complex ("we've won more games than you, we helped invent modern college football,etc.")...plus the Miles factor makes that interesting

    5.Nebraska(60%)-Great fans, ton of tradition

    1. Ohio State...I lived in Ohio for too long. It's time to get some closure. OSU fans are just like us. rabid and hated by everyone else
    2. USC :po:
    3. Notre Dame...so much tradition
    4. Penn State
    5. Florida State...i hate Florida State

And you call yourself a tiger fan?

Yeah, their band has ###s out of the you-know-what, but it seems like all they do is line up in bracket formations and martch in dizzying straight lines back and forth and back and forth. Also, the drums on straps thing is so 1970s! I say Tiger band is hands down better.

I don't think "aztiger" is saying that LSU has more history than Texas....I beleive he is saying that if "LSU vs Texas had more history and played on a regular basis it could be as big as the red-river shootout."

At least thats how I read it.
