Any inline 6 is a bad ass motor regardless of manufacturers. I only know of a couple that made them but they all perform like crazy

I had an '82 F-150 with an inline six and it was a great truck, Even though I'm a Chevy guy. I don't know if Ford or Chevy or even Dodge still makes them.

Exactly what I was going to say.

The big old Ford inline 6 (I think it was a 250?) was a beast. A friend of mine had one. I had a '76 Ford Maverick during high school with the smaller inline 6. That was an ugly car that was beat to hell but that motor ran like a top. I'm a chevy man but that old ugly maverick was probably the toughest, most dependable car I've ever owned LOL

My grandfather had a '62 Belaire (I think that is what it was). Pretty sure it was an inline 6. Whatever it was that damn thing was indestructible. Very much like a tank and probably weighed as much. This guy crashed into him with a Honda in the early 80's and was lucky to be alive. The Honda looked like canned ass and hard to tell if he scratched my grandfather's car cause the crazy bastards painted it with a brush.
