I have been a student for the last few years. I have since gotten married and moved to dallas with my wife. She is an accountant and works nonstop. I know no one over here yet. Before, all ive done is drink away the loss. What do I do know? Im so out of place its rediculous.
Buy your wife a bottle of expensive wine. Tell her you feel bad and want to spend some time with her. Spend some time with her, without mentioning anything about sports, no matter how bad you want to. Then count your blessings and stop focusing on the negative. For crying out loud get a hold of yourself man...(oh sorry, I was talking to myself there). Anyway, the rest of it is good advice.
Just got on for the first time in two days. We have the more juvenile fans that need an ass kicking. Teams lose, get over it. Coaches lose, get over it. People should get banned, get on it. :thumb: Good game by the cats and we will rebound. Geaux Tigers. :geauxtige
Good points all around. We are not dead yet. Just a new stage of life for me. Used to being able to drink a loss away with friends. now, if im drunk and my wife gets home from work, im a dead man. I still think we have a good seasin ahead of us. But this week will not be so much fun.
Nothing left to do but root on the Kentucky Wildcats now that LSU's season is a ruin! As Ashley Judd says....GO BIG BLUE! On! On! U of K On, on, U of K, we are right for the fight today, Hold that ball and hit that line; Ev'ry Wildcat star will shine; We'll fight, fight, fight, for the blue and white As we roll to that goal, Varsity, And we'll kick, pass and run, 'till the battle is won, And we'll bring home the victory GO BIG BLUE! vbrep_register("653736")
That would come across better if you included a few pics of Ashley Judd. Great game by your team today...enjoy it...on YOUR forum. Show respect on this one.:thumb:
What to do after a loss?.... Suck it up and prepare better for and focus on the next game. The loss is over, it's done and nothing can be done or said to change that.
