Did you mean "lost" seconds or "last" seconds! :grin: That was, indeed, a classic! I was at that game - 1972, LSU was 6 and 0, and so that last/lost seconds TD pass (and PAT!) kept them perfect. I'm thinking we were ranked something like 7 or 8 with a chance to make a huge jump the next week. But, alas, we go beat by the damn Bear's Tide the next week! I used to HATE that! P.S. Not to be a hair splitter, but it was Brad Davis, not Andy Hamilton. :geaux:
My two faves were the overtime-Tenn and Ga last year. Two incredible atmospheres. I unfortunately couldnt make it to the 97 UF game, that and the earthquake game might be the two best ever.
