We have had bad coaching in 2 games not 1. Just because you win doesn't mean you coached a good game. LSU defense is last in total defense. Didn't expect that even with BP.

The trigger-happy mentality around here is making me sick this week. I'm disgusted by many things that have happened this season, but geez, some of you act like we've won five national championships or something. That isn't the case. We had a splendid year in '03 (though we weren't undefeated and we didn't win the AP trophy), and other than that, we were good to sometimes-less-than-average under Saban. We won the SEC in '01, then collapsed in '02. We won the NC in '03, then were lackluster all year in '04 (nearly losing to Oregon State, Troy, and Ole Miss; losing to Auburn, UGA--blowout, and Iowa; and having to rally in the 4th quarter to put away Vandy and Alabama). Let's get over ourselves, give Les Miles and his staff a chance without being jerks, and support the Tigers. I remember suffering through six losing seasons, four of which were my years @ LSU. We aren't there, and if we end up being unsuccessful, Miles and company will be let go. I love LSU football, but this isn't life and death. It's supposed to be entertainment. Louisiana has suffered through first one and now two enormous natural disasters, and I'm not making excuses, but no other LSU coach has had to manage such a crisis. This is unprecedented. The negativity around here is appalling, right down to that ridiculous "I dislike Saban Fan" garbage in one sig. This has, in the past, been a good community for discussions about LSU sports. Now, I feel like I'm reading the Auburn Insiders Board. "Start shopping around for another coach." Right. That's a great idea.
