riff riff riff rap rap rap Auburn girls got tha..... Intelligent? No way My favorite cheer? You know it
Westside & North Endzone: "GEAUX" East Side & South Endzone: "Rutgers" Of course this would change from game to game, depending on who we need to win elsewhere
Haha I always laugh at that one. The season that I was a freshman, before they put up the chain link fences around the gates and students still had real tickets (not printed out on sheets of paper), we'd get in line 2 hours before the gates opened 2 hours before kick off. There'd be a couple hundered other students most times doing cheers including that one. There were others like "We eat pizza", "We're the crew", "Rat **** bat ****" and others I can't remember. I won't write them out because thier vulgarness might cause some heads to explode. When we were in the stadium as soon as they'd let us in the visitors were usually walking around the field in warm up suits trying to get in the zone or whatever. They'd always stop and listen to us and laugh with a "did I hear that right" kinda look on thier face. What I take away from that expereince is that the students have been vulgar for years before now and most likely will continue to be by the time it starts to offend me.
If they want to stop vulgarity in Tiger Stadium, they will have to put a muzzle on Auburn's coach, Will Muschamp. Have you seen the video of him at the Auburn-Arkansas game? He will be fun to watch on Saturday.
Aaahh...good to hear the students are continuing the random thing cheer. We also partook in this. It was fun. There is nothing like when they open the gates and you have to sprint like hell to get your seats...3 hours before the game
Intelligent? Well, not sure how we'd work it into a chant, but... "Roll Call!! At 298K (25 oC), Typical values for the Boltzmann factor are: ΔE = 500 cm-1 --> 0.089! ΔE = 1000 cm-1 --> 0.008! ΔE = 1500 cm-1 --> 7 10-4! That is, if the excitation energy is 500 cm-1, about 9% of the molecules are thermally excited at room temperature! The lowest excitation vibrational energy in water is the bending mode (about 1600 cm-1)! Thus, at room temperature less than 0.07% of all the molecules of a given amount of water will vibrate faster than at absolute zero!" OR We could just chant "Cooooorndogs!" over and over to fit our stereotype.
