    I agree. But DJ would have signed with LSU imo if not for an ugly lady named Katrina.

    Probably, but after that he wanted to commit to UNC and Roy told him to wait a week and see what Lawson did.

    No probably about it. He's on record saying Katrina is what flipped things in favor of Texas.

    Not as good as they'd look with LeBron James and Chris Paul. Hell, if we're going to play the what if game, let's do it right.

    we are eye-to-eye on a lot of this MBB stuff, but the poster is true.

    the day LSU football became elite is when Saban stopped letting the state's best from consistently getting away.

    This is a great sporting state. If LSU just gets 85% of its best in all sports, they will compete for the SEC in everything.

    I do believe this to be the "tipping point", in the truest sense of the phrase.

    If we could do this in basketball as well...that'd be awesome. Will take a strong personality and a significant effort from the school to pull folks from ACC and Big East teams, though...kind of like turning down a football schollie from USC or Notre Dame...
