  1. in terms of betting, I think the over would be the national title

the under would be the West title and/or less, and the SEC title would be a push...
  2. I said winning the SEC. If we do, there's a chance we could be playing in the National championship game.
  3. For me, I would like to see LSU play in the SEC championship game every year. Going into each season, that is what I hope for --- I dream for LSU to win it and hopefully play in the NC game.

So, winning the SEC West is what I voted for.
  4. Being the SEC champs would be successful. Winning the West should not be to hard.Being the National Champions would be awesome, but not a surprise at the least bit. I truely believe that LSU has the most athletic team in the country. They're fast, strong, and know how to win.
  5. Winning the West is always hard in the SEC
  6. Wow a lot of you guys seem to have changed your thinking.

I was bashed here a while back for saying I was happy with the SEC Championship and that was my only goal at the end of the year because that is all you can control. Saying that typical "aubarn' fan shooting too low.

Anyways, I'm glad some of you have come around, and I agree with most everyone in this thread. (Especially MikeD and Chip82) An SEC Championship means you are the best team in the best conference in the country. Works for me.
  7. An Auburn fan could say the sky is blue and they would get bashed.
  8. I said winning the SEC. We should win the west. The SECCC is a shootout between two very good teams, could go either way. You have to be good and lucky to win the Nat. Championship, can't count on the luck falling your way.

But we have a lot of talent. We've all watched Saban recruit these kids, and they're GOOD.

Gotta win 9 games in regular season.

Question marks, new coaching staff has to gel quickly, QB, Linebackers and two new cornerbacks.

Remember how surprised we all were last year.
