apple pie sounds good. i havent had that in a long time!

last night, started with pears with bleu and brie cheeses. then it was salad, chicken sausage and oyster gumbo, and garlic bread. dessert was fudge, toffee, and pecan brittle.

i had my family over for dinner and to have our christmas since i was at the in-laws for christmas.

Tonight, I went to Jersey Mike's Subs and had a sub with Turkey, roast beef, bacon, mayo, tomato, lettuce, onion, and their special seasonings.

    delicious.

My wife and I are in Colorado on the tail-end of a 2 week snowboard trip. There's a place called Ted's Montana Grill in Denver that raises their own buffalo. Supposedly it's all natural meat with no antibiotics or foreign chemicals (Colorado is a very "green" state). I got the buffalo burger, it was the chit.
