    meatloaf, mac n cheese, rice (for the gravy for the green one), and baby peas.

    salad with boiled shrimp (just boiled some a while ago) and a home made remoulade.

    and a creamy mushroom chicken dish over rice. one of my favorites so i hope there is enough of the chicken left over for lunch tomorrow!

    Tilapia looks to be what we're having tonight. Lemon/Butter Sauce.

    Homemade turkey pot pie with the leftovers from the turkey I cooked early last week. Made 2 of them. The kids ate one Saturday and asked if we could have the other tonight. I love making extra food and freezing it. Sure does make meals during the week easier.

    shoved peanut butter and a banana and some frozen bluberries and a couple almonds in a blender and drank it. was ok.
