    All of these things yall are sayin are excellent. But hey its Saturday baby and we are in Death Valley! The Greatest place on Earth. Anything I eat there taste better than it would somewhere eles. So I pick everything.:grin: :thumb:

    Where are these sold? Tony's? Do you just drop some in oil like in a "Fry Daddy?" I may be in trouble now that you posted that. My grandaughter is spending part of her spring break in Texas. She called me Sunday as they were traveling.."Pap Paw...guess what..I got them to stop at Tony's so I could get some boudin balls. You got me addicted." Are all of Tony's available? Thanks.

    Yes, Tony's Seafood. Not sold in stores that I know of. You can order online ... Tony's Seafood

    The cajun balls are awesome. The crawfish balls are good too, but I prefer the cajun balls. Just drop them in oil for 2-3 minutes and you're done.

    Thanks. First time I surprise the gkids, they'll be expecting it at least once a month. And they live 70 miles away.

    Reading this thread makes me so hungry and even though I'm on dr's orders to NOT do anything, oh well....I'm cooking chicken and sausage jambalaya for dinner, and it should be ready just in time to watch the LSU basketball game tonight...perfect timing! ;)
