24 degrees and sunny. And at least there's a nice stiff breeze to go along with him, gusting up to 25 mph from the northwest. I'm typing in gloves this morning.
18 and sunny this morning, a balmy 31 right now. Emma (my 11 yr old) still wore shorts to school this morning. She tells me "I'm gonna be inside so why wear something hot?"

it quit raining for about an hour and a half early this afternoon. but have no fear, this evening has definitely made up for that brief lapse in judgment by the rain gods. only about 6 blades of grass can be seen above the surface of Lake Nootch in my back yard. the buoy has floated to a new position.
twas 24 here this morning when i ran a 4 mile race in brooklyn. yunno how your head will steam when you are sweaty in the cold? my whole body steams like a locomotive, it is pretty cool looking.
