have been getting slammed for a while with heavy thunderstorms. 80 mph wind gusts when they came through earlier. telephone poles snapped into in some areas. we are just staying in and he is watching the tulane game this evening.
Hurricane Earl is here, but it looks like it's just brushing by where I live. It's been just clouds, wind, and rain. Kind of disappointing, but we did get off work early today and are going in late tomorrow, so I'll take what I can get.
