Again, this is personal opinion. USC had a stellar defense of their own with Shaun Cody, Mike Patterson, and Matt Grootegood. LSU's D was definitely excellent, but it isn't for certain that you guys would dominate. Our offense wasn't lacking either with the way we closed the season, and was way better than Oklahoma's. See? This is all it will ever be. A debate that will not be solved until the NCAA's power structure allows for a true playoff system and not this +1 nonsense.

I think it would have been a great game and wouldn't go as far as to say USC wouldn't stand a chance. It's over though and I wasn't one to dwell on it anyway.

Thank you Tiga. Like I've believed all along, LSU is probably my second favorite team in college football because of the way they play and their fanbase. I think I watched about 4 or 5 of your guys' games this year and was rooting for the Tigers against Florida and Auburn--to which I thought you guys were robbed on that pass interference call. Also, when you guys obliterated ND, I had to smile as well.

I agree maybe wouldnt stand a chance was a silly statement. USC was very good.
I think it would have been a great game.
