In other words, he acted just like Smoke acts in games. And I would guss that Skip may have been more respected than any coach in the country. And I haven't been able to see but a few games this year on TV but in the game sI've seen Smoke is not the robot people point him out to be. Heck, I saw him arguing calls in the Bama series several times, he was out of the dugout a few times in the UGA series and almost got tossed in both.

If you are blaming anything on Clay Harris you are sadly mistaken. He may have made a few errors but his play as been very good compared to all second basemen and he's hit very well. Better jump on another point.

You're sitting there getting all sarcastic towards those who are just expressing an opinion, and that's a load of crap. You support Smoke? Fine. I respect that. You have that right. By the same token, I have a right to criticize him. And since I don't come back w/ smartass comments when you do support him (although Lord knows I could), I'd expect the same courtesy.
I thought it was just me. CajDav is right. If the bashers can't come up with more than Smoke's demeanor during games as a reason for the slump, they deserve to be ridiculed. Oh, I forgot, the players are also whooping it up on Saturday nights. :dis:
