Just like his hand, bitching about it now won't change anything but I still don't see how cutting the beam has anything to do with it. In fact, having him walk around with his hand attached to a heavy ass piece of mahogany (I assume) was probably akin to doing more damage than anything. Just my .02
Oh, I'm not bitching. It just fit w/ the comment about Tiga nailing his hand. It was a 2x6 Ridge Beam. NBD to cut it to about 18 inches long. We turned it to run parallel to his arm, but some tape around his arm and the board, and took him to the ER. We definitely caught their attention when we walked in. He was cool about it and never filed anything against me or my insurance. My workman's comp paid the ER visit and Rx, he was back to work the next day.
