Hey guys, this is all cool, but does anyone know of anywhere around Fort Worth where the games are on? It takes me almost 1.5 hours to get to Ivy's (my wife is from Plano), so I'm looking for something a little closer to me.

    Hey fellow DFW Area tigers.

I got Direct TV with the ESPN gameplan. For when they force Big 12 south football down our throats each Saturday. (Boring...)

So far every LSU game that has been televised somewhere has been on TV. Both JP Sports games and ANY games that are on TigerVision (ULL)

I go home for most of the games (YOu know I-20 to I-49 to 10 over the Bayou until you smell the refineries then you know your home !!!)

Anyway, my fellow tigers usually come to my house to watch football and they have been able to watch MSU and ULL on DirectTV.

So I suggest that DirectTV could be the answers to your prayers.
However I use lsusport.net to listen to most Baseball games.

    Just a thought.

Hey Burleson. I bet you never have been asked this...
"Do you know Kelly from American Idol ???" ;)

Actually, the only question I get asked more (my last name happens to be Lovett) is, "are you related to Lyle?"

I don't have Direct TV, but I do have Dish. Guess I could quit being cheapo and pay for it, but I'd like to find a hangout where I could spend too much on beer and not be the only one singing "Hey Fightin' Tigers". I wonder if Gator's in Euless has them on? They claim to be a "Cajun" establishment, but you know there are many fakes out there. Anyone been there?

Gators is about as Cajun as the Cajun McChicken sandwich at McDonalds.

As you know Cajun up here means something with Cayanne pepper tossed on it.

I have made an effort over the last nine years to find something close to home.

Ivy's - Close (Etoufee needs some work)

Papadeaux - Massed produced but the guy who does the crawfish on Northwest Highway must be from Ville Platte ! Just great

Anyway, to many to list I have tried them all, best thing get your fryer and boiler out and do it yourself

    I'm headed to Ivy's

Not to undermine the great crowd at Ben's but I think there are enough of us north of 190 to start a second tradition.

Maybe one day the Dallas Morning News will realize that there are enough LSU fans in the area to justify more than a paragraph.

I'll be at Ivy's. Just look for the 1 year old LSU cheerleader and her proud papa.

That is right by my house.

I went and got some Boudin and Etoufee at Bayou Boys this weekend.

I love that place. Not a restauraunt but a great place to get food from home.

The guys that run it are great, I saw them at the Sugar Bowl this year.

I get all my crawfish from there.
