It's still early on the west coast, where are the ducks? I have to be at work at 5am, but wanted to see some crow eating first. I'm sure they will all show up tomorrow. I'm not talking about the good natured duck fans we have had and there have been quite a few. I'm talking about the flamers. Duck fans for the most part have been some of the best visitors we have had. But for the few that weren't time to take your medicine.
A friend of mine from Gulfport was in Portland for the game. He went to three bars in the "city" and this is what he told me. Bar 1 was empty. They refused to play the Ducks-LSU game. They will only put soccer on. Bar 2 was nearly empty. They had the game on one tv, but no sound. Bar 3 was the same. They left and I don't know where they ended up. I'm out here in CA. I paused the game when we were up 33-13 to get something at the store. Ran into Oregon fan there. I asked him if he had given up on the game. I was neutrally dressed. He said that he had given up and that the SEC is just too tough. I wished him good luck the rest of the way and came back to finish the BBQ and the cooking of the crows!
