No... I love the white jerseys! Those are the classic ones! We even got the NCAA's permission to use them at SEC home games because of their tradition.
Hey, does the Stadium gift shop sell helmets? If so how much are they? I wonder if my broke ass can afford one?
They usually put them on sale shortly after the Spring Game. When I bought my gold one (1998), I paid $150 (Mark Roman) for mine. I've heard that they're up to $200 (which is what I paid for my white helmet in 1998). They put tables down the center of the Gift Shop and put the helmets on both sides and underneath the table. The "secret" is to find out the day they're putting them on sale and get a "good" player. They've been going pretty quickly. I was able to get Damian James' helmet for a friend about 3 years ago and he was the last "good" player left and that was the second week they were on sale.
Don't take no SH*T off them bayarertiger. I also wear a size 8 hat. I am 6'3" 250 but its not the body size. A large head is needed to contain a large brain.
Damn, I thought I had a big head. I'm 6'1", 225 lbs. and have a 7 5/8 -- 7 3/4 size head. I HAVE TO wear fitted caps (I look ridiculous in those "one size fit all" caps). And, I usually have a hard time finding hats in my size. Where in the hell do you guys buy hats???
