If you had to make an early selection of player that you are most excited about out of this recruiting class who would it be?

My selections would be Herman and Xavier. I think both of these players have the most upside along with the tools to start as true freshman. Just wanted everybody's feedback.:geaux: ::shock:

Xavier Carter. He may be the best pure athlete Coach Saban has
landed in his time here at LSU, and that's saying quite a bit.

I would say Early Doucet. I believe he will be the next Josh Reed type star at LSU. Carter is impressive, but the focus seems to be soley on his speed (ie Olympics) while Early has proven himself as a skilled ball player.

Early Doucet.....sheer size and speed gives him unlimited potential at wideout

E.D because he can do it all, running back, quarterback, wide receiver. He is the kid that will electrify tiger stadium, maybe as early as this year.

Claude Wroten due to the losses on the D-line, particularly Lavalais. I think he has a chance to be outstanding immediately given his combination of size and athleticism. He can help us to maintain the same defensive identity that we had this past season.

Definitely Early Doucet. He has the size and speed to be an outstanding college football player. XC has the raw speed but most likely doesn't have the WR skills that ED has.

I'd have to say either Herman, Claude, or Xavier. I just want to see how big Herman looks even when he is playing against college level guys, Claude will be a great replacement for Chad in my opinion, and I just want to see Xavier fly!
