Nothing to back this up, however, alot of people that I talk say not to be surprised if Early lines up or at least is tried at running back. We shall see.

EC. He's the number one ranked receiver in the nation. Carter is superman, but ranked third.

I am curious about who are our LaRon Landrys in this class (meaning start as a true freshman)?
The spots that we have open:
    S - Steltz
    LB - Sanders, Stoltz, Kuale
    DT - Favorite, Wroten, Dorsey
    DE (probably) - Johnson, Alexander
    OT - Johnson
    OG - Miller, Johnson again
    WR - Doucet
    WR - Carter

Looking at this, it would be nice to get Bell for depth at safety. I guess it impossible to have a real idea unless you know what Saban is thinking. I would guess there is a realistic chance of having four true freshmen starters.

The best thing about this class is that it is filled with quality players from top to bottom and focuses on positions where we need additional troops.

In terms of positions that have been reinforced most significantly, this class is absolutely loaded at DL. Dorsey, Wroten and Favorite at DT and Johnson, Alexander, and Washington at DE is just an incredible group. It would not surprise me to see any of them pushing for early PT, since they are all top-drawer talents.

On offense, our WR tandem of Doucet and Carter is da bomb. These guys are ranked no lower than 5th in the nation at WR by any recruiting service, and some have them 1-2 or 1 and 3.

Kuale and Sanders because we have a great lack of depth at LB and both of these guys have tremendous potential. Claude Wrotten because he looks like a stud DT and we have some BIG shoes to fill with Lavalais gone. Early Doucet because he has such athletic ability that he could contribute at many positions and can be the type of player that can dominate a game. We really need for some LB's and DT's to step up whether they be true freshmen or current players that have yet to blossom.:D :D :D

Actually Saban said Early Doucet is the best pure athlete he's seen.

My pick would have to be Doucet, but these are close behind:

    -Xavier Carter
    -Herm Johnson
    -Luke Sanders
    -Marlon Favorite

If you really want the truth, I'M JUST EXCITED ABOUT THIS WHOLE DAMN RECRUITING CLASS!!! Wait till 2 or 3 years from now:shock:

    :geaux:
