I enjoyed Batgirl's "What's for supper" thread so much thought we could have one on breakfast too. Most important meal and my favorite but don't always get to have it. I like to cook breakfast for my wife and two daughters when there's no school. I love scrambled eggs, 3 inch stips of sausage that are sliced in half, toast with butter and strawberry jelly, and my Nestle's Quick chocolate milk. During the week I usually stop for doughnuts on the way to work.
5'11 & 1/2...........210 lbs. My metabolism is bound to start slowing but I'm a the "Nervous" type and stay busy. It's not what you eat but what you burn off. :wink: Has was the steak/cigar last night??
i start off with 5-6 shots of espresso. if i am in a junk food phase, i will have diet coke and either cheetos or nacho doritos after the expresso. if i am in a eating healthy phase, it will be something like yogurt with flax seed oil and a piece of fresh fruit.
