1. I usually have 2 eggs scrambled or fried, 2 sausage patties or 5 strips bacon, sometimes grits, toast, english muffin or biscuit and coffee. No I don't even weigh 180 and I am over 5' 2" :hihi: I have to have food to take the hand full of medicine I take each morning.
  2. Have you tested your cholesterol lately? I eat a breakfast like that once a month, maybe. :grin:
  3. Red I am one of those rare people doctors can't explain. My cholesterol has never been higher than 91. That's not a misprint 91 - ninety one - two digits. It has been tested as low as 34. I once drank a big glass of buttermilk before getting my blood work done and it was only 59. The days I don't eat the eggs I will have some kind of pastry, coffee and maybe some fruit.
  4. western sammich at Subway. Egg, cheese, onion/bellpepper on wheat, toasted, salt/pepper, and a little mayo. mmmmmmmmmmmmm
  5. Oatmeal, slice of REAL butter, dash of salt, honey...perfect cold weather breakfast.
  6. Out of milk for Cheerios. Had to eat instant oatmeal. It wasn't too bad.
